A coupe of questions
A couple of questions please.
1. I am looking to buy a length of PTFE tube in case I need to replace the Hotend tube in the Mk3. I gather the ID is 2mm, but I have seen conflicting comments about the OD. Can someone confirm that it is 3mm or 4mm please.
2. What is the current situation regarding heatbed wiring issues? Does the new mesh wrap solve the breakage problem? I was considering changing the wires, using a very flexible silicone-covered wire during the build, but I don’t want to fix a problem that doesn’t exist!

I ordered both 1/4 and 1/2 inch Self Closing Braided Wrap while I was waiting for my printer to be delivered. I had read posts where some preferred it and it's worked out well for me.
UPDATE: I was just searching for tubing online before I read your post. I'm kind of wondering the same thing.
