I've had the chance to play with my bed level correction settings now, lowered them to -10 and +10, it made no difference. It doesn't really bother me as I have other issues with the printer I need to figure out and I don't believe the noise would be impacting the print quality very much.

Sorry I couldn't offer any useful input on how to stop the noise.

I also had this noise on the Z axis. First of all -> while printing this is a non-issue.

As others already suggestested I too, loosened the Trapezoid screws a little and it was way quieter after that. http://manual.prusa3d.com/Guide/4.+Z-axis+assembly/509?lang=en#s8171

Or maybe it just "grooved in" a little over time. In the end: my Z Axis is way quieter than on day one.
