Y axis liner ball bearing holder grinding against aluminum extrusion
Hello, I just finished assembling the printer (MK3) and did a few test prints.
During the test prints I noticed that the Y liner ball bearing holder is grinding against the aluminum extrusion.
There was no visual decrease in print quality however the noise is quite noticeable.
The grinding was not severe but after a couple prints, light scratch marks can be found on the Aluminum extrusion.
I triple checked all the screws----the screws that hold the extrusion to the frame, the screws for the Y rod holder, screws that hold the build plate---but all of them are tightened.
I also realigned the Y rods.
I figure it might be the nylon nuts on the bearing holder so I retightened them according to the manual but the problem persisted.
Is there anything els to check? Has anyone had this problem before?
Thanks!

Clearances are close, but millimeters, not micrometers, so it's likely an assembly issue. Pictures are needed.

Agree pictures needed. Perhaps a silly question, but do your U bolts have the ends with nuts facing up, the curved part down? And is each linear bearing below the black carriage frame so that the black carriage frame rests on top of the linear bearings in the notch? And the nuts are above the black carriage frame?
