Y axis crashing

I just finished assembling my printer, did the setup and printed the Prusa badge and a Benchy (from SD).

During the badge print I noticed that the letters R and S are not perfectly round, they are slightly jagged where they are supposed to be round, probably related to this issue.

During the Benchy print the printer detected a crash on the Y axis 20 times and while it still finished the print, there are now some obvious defects on the print. While I could just disable the crash detection I would like to solve the underlying issue with the Y axis.

Has anyone ever experienced this or are there any troubleshooting steps? I tried fiddling with the belt, and moving the bed up and down but I couldn't find any irregularities, movement seemed pretty smooth. I will try to adjust the servo and idler again once I get home to see if it changes anything but I thought I should post anyway, maybe anyone has any pointers on what to check for when assembling the Y axis again.

Already did, thanks. The fact that I have some jagging in round prints lead me to believe those are no "fake" crashes though. I'm still gonna try some of the tips mentioned there like loosening the belt tension and the u-bolts.
