XYZ Calibration Failure

Hi, struggling with the XYZ calibration here after having built the MK3S+ kit...

Searching bed calibration point 1/4.... Calibration failed! Check the axes and run again.

After it fails here I go to move the z axis using the panel and it shows its current position as +5.0, I can move down to +4.0, but any lower than that and it presses against the heat bed. I can then use the panel to move it to its maximum height, +210.0, but it is not actually positioned at the top. I can then manually adjust the height to the top, but restarting the XYZ calibration from there produces the same result.

Any help as to what to look for here would be much appreciated.

Thank you

Sorry to bump this but I'm no further forward, is anyone at least able to point me in the direction of where I might get some advice?

RE: XYZ Calibration Failure

If you're running into the point where the extruder is hitting the heatbed, then you need to re-verify the PINDA height.
If that's not it, get into a chat session with Prusa support (go to the site, and wait for the chat offer to pop up.)

RE:

Hey I just had the same issue, and I went to 0 even though it touched my heat bed. After that calibration went through. I don't know if it's safe though (theres no sign of damage on my heat bed).
