XYZ Calibration failing consistently after sub-par first layer/live Z calibration
Last week I assembled my first Prusa i3 MK3 printer. Assembly went well and initial calibration also went well without errors. I began doing live-Z calibration to get my first layer right and you can see the progress in the photo as I lowered the nozzle. However, even as my first layer became more solid I still found inconsistencies such as the 'bunching' of material on the lower and left sides of the print and space between material in the upper and right sides. After printing the lower right 75x75mm square I decided to try calibration again and since then I cannot pass XYZ calibration. Each failure yields the "XYZ calibration failed. Bed calibration point not found." error. It occasionally fails on the first point, often fails on the second point, and if the second point is found, always fails on the third point. My PINDA sensor is quite low so I don't think that it's height is the issue. Have I done something wrong or do I have a faulty part somewhere? Likely and hopefully the former. Any help would be appreciated!
