X-Axis SelfTest Error

So I finished building my MK3, and I keep getting the X-Axis Error on the SelfTest. I have double and triple checked, and I can easily push the extruder all the way to both sides of the axis, visually the selftest moves the extruder all the way to both sides. The firmware is also fully updated, but I continue to get the error. I have taken apart the extruder to reorganize the wires, and it looks pretty good, but I still get the X-Axis error.

Re: X-Axis SelfTest Error

Make sure the gear on the X axis motor is tightened securely against the flat of the shaft. If it slips the printer with see it as a axis longer than it should be. Also make sure your X and Y axis motors are not swapped - if they are it could look like the printer is moving correctly etc but it will give you an error as X and Y axis are supposed to have different lengths.

If you try and take a cat apart to see how it works, the first thing you have on your hands is a nonworking cat.
