X axis first layer shift

Anyone know what could be the cause of this shifting on the first few layers in the X axis? Happens to all of my prints regardless of printer settings or filament type. I’ve recalibrated many times, adjusted my PINDA sensor. Tried different first layer offsets, made sure all the bit and bobs were snug, and tightened up the belts.
I oriented the cube with the letter faces perpendicular to their respective axis. The shift is in the x axis.
