X axis Belt touches the left support
Hello to all
I, ve just mounted the prusa MKS3 Kit.
Everything works fine but I have the problem that the X Axis Belt touch the left support.
I have test the position of the X axis motor and aligment and it seems Ok.
I don't know how to fix IT.
Thanks un advance

Your roothed wheel is back to front. The fastenning boss should be at the end of the shaft. Not next to the motor

Thanks JoanTabb
Then I have to reverse the roothed wheel?
RE: X axis Belt touches the left support
Or turn the printer while the pulley remains stationary

@josu
Yes, the x-axis toothed wheel is installed "backward" with the narrowest part of the wheel closest to the stepper motor. Be sure that you tighten the set screws in the correct sequence as well, one screw tightened onto the flat of the shaft and only then tighten the second.

Steve

RE: X axis Belt touches the left support
Roothed wheel = Reversed Toothed Wheel
makes sense to me
Is your printer grinding? Bearings squeaking? Motors smoking?
Step 1) Wash your Steel Sheet
Step 2) Return to Step 1
