What are these lines?

What are these lines? They are not present at all on the model, the faces are both perfectly flat. At first I thought seam lines but they're on the same height as eachother. One goes in a straight diagonal line but the other is really curious as it does a full curve on the opposite side of the straight line.

Do they correspond to infill or internal features? You can try slowing down and/or adding an external perimeter. I used 25mm/s for external perimeter speeds.

If you look close, seam locations correspond to where you are seeing the wiggles.  You might try changing to rear or aligned seams and see how that impacts surface quality in the areas you most care about. Also, try setting Detect Thin walls.  That setting seems to affect surface quality on sloping objects.
