@jsw
IIAC, the defaults for all of the PrusaSlicer (and Cura) common filament profiles have the bed temperature set to the standard temperatures. Something would have had to change this to zero (actually room temperature, not 0C) at some time.
PrusaSlicer default is 0°C, if you hover over the text or box you see it.
I don't think TS have ever installed any profiles, so PS just go with the default values.
That is my conclusion.
I don't Know, but it all seems that way considering all the strange values in his 3mf

Re: Problem Solved
@gk
When you installed PrusaSlicer, and did the setup inside the program, did you check the box for “MK3S” with “0.4mm nozzle”?
If you didn’t, or aren’t sure, take a look at the right side of the screen. It should have three drop-down menus. If any of them say “default”, that means that no printer was selected during setup. If the bottom one says something like “Original Prusa MK3S”, then you don’t need to worry about it. This affects which filament profiles show, and which print settings the gcode is exported with.
It says default under printer. Should I uninstall slicer and reinstall?
RE: What am I doing wrong?
@gk
You should do this:
Go to "Configuration" -> "Configuration Wizard" in prusaslicer and install the printer and the filament you have!
Look Here for more in depth info about that
The above is from an earlier post in this thread
No need to uninstall and install

Nope, you shouldn’t need to uninstall it. I don’t have a computer nearby right now, so sorry if some of the buttons I say to click don’t exactly match what they really are.
If you click onto the drop down menu of the printer profile, you might see a post of printer profiles, and if so, select the MK3S one. If not, then select “add/remove printer” at the bottom of the drop-down menu, and a window will pop up that contains a list of all the printers. Then, check the box for “Original Prusa MK3/S/+ 0.4mm”, and go to the filaments tab on the left side of the window. Make sure that you have some PLA profiles selected (Prusament PLA profile is what I use normally). Then close the window, and switch to that profile
Aha!
Added the printer, and now I see the actual print bed rather than the generic one. And the presets, which was another thing I was hoping for.
Now to get my part to print in less than 12 hours.
Thanks guys.
Re: Aha!
Glad I could help @gk! Let us know if you’re having any other problems with bed adhesion/first layer stuff.

I've got some notes on that topic starting here that might be interesting.

This was some time ago, but I am VERY sure I never had to specify a heatbed temperature for Prusa/ment/Generic PLA.
There's more
I'm printing another project now, and the LCD gives a note that firmware should be updated. That was not happening before, and I was bothered because I knew it was not up to date.
Bob, thanks for the link. I've watched a few videos on the subject, but it's different when putting it to practice. My thin wall part sort of doesn't allow for low infill density. But I know there's more, like layer height and stuff, so I appreciate the info. Now I can start going to town with my printing projects. I never could figure out why they wouldn't stay put on the bed. Yay

Yes, I'm familiar with that page. I just have to load stuff onto my laptop, and take it out to the printer.
All in all it's a crazy technology. It really works though.

He had nothing installed, no printer, no filament, no nothing. Then all you have is PrusaSlicer defaults, and PS default has Bed Temp 0°C
