                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So I opened the door checked the alignment....Looks good</p><p>put the tension screw back in but did not set it as tight as it was last time.  </p><p>Before: Just about a full rotation past flush</p><p>Now: Just about a quarter rotation past flush</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Thank you guys for the help sound is gone now.  Hopefully, I didn't cause any damage.  I prolly printed about 50 hours or so before the fix.</p><p> </p>]]></content:encoded>

I didn't have this in the beginning then adapted something and I got this squeaking. Just play around with the tightness of the screws. That's what worked for me at least.</p>]]></content:encoded>

                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I know no one has had a chance to weigh in yet, due to my post needing approval (i assume because this is my first post) but I believe it is the spring on the screw that holds the idler door shut or the idler itself.  At least that's where I think the sound is coming from.</p><p> </p><p>needless to say, prints right now are looking near perfection, should I tighten it? </p>]]></content:encoded>
