My first impression is that something is definitely loose. Either a belt has not been properly tightened or the pulley is not secure on the stepper motor shaft or both. It could also be any of several other issues, but that's what it looks like to me.

I would rework the entire assembly from bottom to top. This probably has a mechanical cause (loose screws or belts, obstacles such as colliding zip ties....) which cannot be localized on the basis of the sparse information.
Have you performed all calibrations and the self-test? Which values are returned?
