Warped Y frame or Heatbed?
So doing the first few calibrations, I noticed a some weird results with the first-layer calibration.
When moving the bed from back to front, the nozzle lifts up, away from the bed. First guess, I have bent rods or a bent Y frame. I loosened the screws on the heatbed and managed to get it to lift a little, but there is still a very bad gap between the bed and the nozzle when the bed is pushed to the back. When the bed is forward the nozzle scrapes the bed. I've made sure to depress the rods and they are fully zip tied into the holders.
Ideas?

Re: Warped Y frame or Heatbed?
Probably bad bearing placement or the rods aren't seated properly. Photos of the undercarriage and rod ends would help.
