Wall print problems after changing to new Prusament PETG

Recently we received a new batch of Prusament PETG and noticed immediately that we started having issues on our outside layers. The print issues start after the transition between the face of our part to the wall only portion. It is on an overhang which does make the print generally more difficult to get right. We are currently experimenting with nozzle temperature to see if that resolves the issue. We have been printing with a 230 degree nozzle temperature. We tried the new filament on a different printer with the same failure and using what we have left of the old filament on the same printer yields perfect walls. Has anyone noticed this and have a fix for these issues?

Here is a view of the internal features behind the wall:

Here is an example of a successful print with the old filament:

Based on the images you provided this appears to be a cooling issue, I guessing that the areas of the model in question are facing towards the rear of the printer, given that I can't see how it was printing my recommendation would be to try a different part orientation on the bed, perhaps turning the part 45 degrees so that only one corner is facing back, this may have the effect of offering more even cooling, beyond that slowing the speed of the over all print may help as well as increasing the fan speed.

I would turn the part 45 degrees first with say a Max 50% fan speed, and try a reprint.

If you care to post a Zipped up .3mf project file exported from PrusaSlicer, I'll take a look and see if I can help. The .3mf file should be setup as you would when trying to print the part and will allow us to see all the settings as they pertain to the model in your project.

Note if you do not Zip the file the forum server will not allow it to be posted.
