TPU noodles out the side of the gears - what is causing this?
I tried printing in TPU tonight. The first 2 prints (a couple of test blocks) turned out nice.
I tried the third piece (what I want to print), and the TPU filament just started popping out the side of the extruder. Luckily, not melted/blobbing. just straight filament out the side.
What is causing this? How can it be prevented?
For info, I am printing at 205C at the nozzle and 80C at the bed. Test blocks were great.

First suggestion with flexibles would be: try sloooower

Slower than 30mm / sec?
