RE: Top layer problems - MK3s+
Pictures equals limited information so just educated guesses.
Usually caused by warping. Carefully check the underside and see if it’s perfectly flat. When it warps upwards it causes compression of the top layers and you get problems like that.
Other possible causes are not enough infill, that causes the layers to sag and can also sometimes look like that. However as it’s just in limited areas then the warping is more likely.
You could save your project from Prusa slicer and take the resulting 3mf file, zip it up and attach it to a post here for further help. Must be zipped or the forum doesn’t attach it. With a project file people can examine the model and settings, slice it, go through the preview etc and look for other issues.
