Thermistor issue?

When I heat up my printer, the nozzle heats up before the bed, and while it's waiting for the bed to reach the proper temperature, the nozzle will exceed the set temperature. So if I set it to 215 degrees, while the bed is still heating, it will go up to 216.. 217.. 218.. back down to 216..

Does this sound like I need to replace my thermistor? I'm also noticing some stringing and some deformations around overhangs, which I suspect are related to temperature. I'm printing inside a Lack enclosure, so I don't think it's an issue with drafts or a cold room.

Wow, thank you! I didn't know anything about PID tuning!
