The printer keeps asking me to load and reload the filament in like an infinite loop
I tried a couple times, and it keeps on asking me to reload and unload the filament. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

I had a similar problem after install. Is yours a new build?
You can check the IR sensor in one of the menu settings. The sensor should change from 1 to 0 and back again as you put the filament in and out.
My mistake was putting the IR cable in the top row of the Einsy instead of the bottom row.

Also, are the magnets install the correct way and can the lil arm move freely?

I solved this problem and encountered another problem. My printer is boxed up and I don't feel like unpackaging it. Thank you for the suggestion.
