Strange shapes on single perimeter cube

Hi, I have built and calibrated my first 3D printer - Mk3S. I also set correct value of extrusion multiplier. Average thickness of the walls is 0,45mm and first layer looks nice. But after I printed cube from the Extrusion multiplier calibration manual I found out that are 2 strange shapes in lower part of the cube

Do you know how fix that?

It looks like you have a sticky axis or axes.  Did you grease the bearings before installing them?
