Strange first layer lines

First time post, so go easy on me 😀

What might be the cause +/or solution to these lines? It is the start of a 3D printer test downloaded from thingiverse, and sliced within PrusaSlicer. The "corner" area is the first to be printed, and it much smoother than the rest of the covering. Exactly the same thing has happened on two prints.

I'm using the smooth bed as I couldn't get the textured one to stick at all. I'm using Prusament PLA, 200/60 degrees, 0.4mm print head, 100% speed. My "Z" height is -0.900mm which seems to be about as good as I can get it.

Many thanks!1st layer
