short time per layer issue with seam and precision

Hello,

I have 2 Prusa mk3s. I printed some calibration tool and found a problem. As You can see on the picture, there are gaps on the seam and the end loop is not straight.

It seems that it is related to small time interval spent on the layer. Longer time layers does not have this issue. Also it is much worse in Y direction then in X (but that could by done just by something in Gcode), and it is much worse on the printer I have longer time. I tried 10mmps print speed on these parts and it got better (pictures are already from the slower print)

Any suggestions, tips? As  the orange is much worse then the white (which is from almost new printer), I suppose there is also HW problem and I will try new nozzle. But the white isn't ideal either, so I want to make this better somehow.

It is PLA, 0.4 nozzle, except of the speed standard Pruse Slic3r setttings.

Thanks
