Searching for the fancy calibration/setup post
I'm assembling my MK3s+ kit, and it's all going pretty well so far. But while I'm at it, I wanted to make sure to do it as well as possible, and I remembered a post I saw here a while ago. I haven't been able to find it by searching, so I'm hoping someone will know what I'm talking about 🙂
A few months ago I stumbled upon a post here where someone did a very in-depth calibration procedure on their printer to get it darn-near perfect. It involved a lot of special tools, an expensive very flat piece of glass, and lots of steps. Squaring every axis, adding shims, maybe even sanding things down to make them perfectly flat. It looked very time consuming, but the end result was extremely good print quality.
Anyone else remember this post?
