Rough lines
Hey everyone I’m a complete beginner and after getting my MK3S+ and Doing some test prints a consistent issue I’m having is that the first centimeter or so of printing is really rough. Take a look at the below pics to see what I mean. Does anyone know what could be causing this? No adhesion issues. Printing with both PLA and PETG. Spent a lot of time on first layer calibration but maybe I screwed that up?

That's a part cooling issue.
Better cooling will result in better overhangs. Because the fan shroud doesn't cool all sides equally you have this problem primarily one-sided depending on the orientation of your printed object.
