RE: Repeating artifact on prints
Do those shifts correspond to internal change such as shift from sparse to solid infill? If you view each layer in preview mode in PrusaSlicer, do you see a change in the internal wall structure? Save your current 3MF project file, zip it up, and attach it to a reply here so we can see your part & settings and give better recommendations.
You might try searching for the term "buldge" (yes, that spelling) for similar issues and solutions.

RE: Repeating artifact on prints
I didn't save a 3MF file unfortunately. I only have the stl and gcode, and I can't upload those here apparently. But, no, there shouldn't be any change in the internal structure at that level. In fact, the part is almost completely solid/perimeters.
RE: Repeating artifact on prints
If you ZIP Compress the STL and / or the G code, you will be able to add them here

RE: Repeating artifact on prints
Ok, I will see if I can figure out how to zip and upload the files. I know how to unzip files, but zipping them...I'm not really familiar with the process.
RE: Repeating artifact on prints
in windows file explorer, right click on the file name, and choose, 'Send to: Compressed (Zipped) folder'
