Profile flaring outward at base

What setting / adjustment would need to be changed to eliminate this flaring out at the base of this object? Thanks.

No picture so anything is a guess but usually the expansion of the base is called elephants foot, and the setting is called elephants foot compensation.

No.  There is no picture visible or even a link or placeholder icon.  For pictures it is best to use the Add Media option located in the top left above the text field to upload it to the forum and then insert it into a post.

For files other than png/jpg then you need to zip them up for them to be attached.  For a single file that is not a picture then the Attach File generally works but of course you still need to zip it up.

I'd post a screen cap but the forum is being horribly slow at the moment and it seems to be having trouble doing even normal text posts.

Yep, got a picture now.  That looks extreme.  Normally its only the first layer on most printers.  To get that much you would really really have to have the nozzle close to the bed.

I take it you have calibrated your extrusion etc ?  Basically all the normal setup and calibration steps for your printer and material.

Just in case its some settings weirdness could you save your project from Prusa Slicer.  Basically slice it like you have there and then use File>Save Project as.  That will save a PS 3mf file.  That will contain the part as well as copies of the 3 profiles you are using as well as any placement, modifiers etc.  Its basically a snapshot.  Easiest way of looking through all the hundreds of settings.  We can also see the preview and if needed generate the same gcode from the project.

I still think its basically EP but it could be exacerbated by cooling settings.  Depends on the material you are using.  Project would contain that info too 😉

Also whats the bottom layer like ?  if you could rotate that and take a pic of the bottom I think that will give a complete picture of everything along with the project.
