Problems re-filing in case of incorrect color

Hello everyone.
I’ve been printing for a year now and have encountered such a problem that I have not noticed before.
For example, I have a two-color model, I printed the first part in one color, unloaded the filament, loaded a new color, but the color is not stable, I specify this in the menu and the extruder with increased speed (more than the speed with which it normally loads the thread ) is trying to load the filament. But the speed is so high that the filament does not have time to melt and the extruder begins to click and crack. Is there any way to fix this on my own or for Prusa to update the firmware to fix it?

Did you check the settings in the Slicer software and gcode?

No, I didn’t. I just thought in Prusa slicer something can be corrected. And this is not entirely narcotic. Maybe it will be fixed programmatically in the slicer in the future or something else? Indeed, if you simply load the filament at the beginning and the color is not correct, then it applies the normal speed to the feed, and when the same thing happens during printing and press the menu to drag the filament, it increases the speed. What for?
