Print died part way through
Can anyone tell me what might have happened here? I was printing a case for my Raspberry Pi and all of a sudden I noticed that it had stopped printing and had just barely finished the base of the top and bottom parts. Looking at the panel, it shows that it was heating but the target temp is 0degrees. Before I attempt to do it again, I figured I should check to see if there is something I need to change or what could have caused this. When I did stop the print, the head was basically stuck to the item it was last printing.

Actually I'm thinking it may have been the OctoPi. I haven't gotten it fully setup yet (and I wasn't touching it), but noticed on a later attempt when I restarted it that caused a print to do the same thing right at the beginning. So for now I've disconnected it until I get it fully up and running.
Re: Print died part way through
Are you running MK3 firmware 3.3.1 and OctoPrint 1.3.9-rc4 (you have to change the release channel to release candidates)? There have been a bunch of USB fixes in both. Although so far I have only been using OctoPrint to monitor prints from the SD card as I have not been brave enough to try USB printing.
Note: When printing from the SD card, if you restart OctoPrint, it will reset your printer when it reconnects to it, stopping your print.

That is it. OctoPi will reset your printer if you restart it.
