Overlapping Shell Lines....baffled
Hi All,
Assembled my MK3S and was printing without problems and excellent quality. However after having to rebuild the hotend due to a mishap, I have a problem I can't seem to troubleshoot. All of the horizontal shells in my prints, like the top surface, have what look like overlapping lines in them. They're perfectly straight in all directions. I was thinking over-extrusion causing the seams, but reducing the multiplier has done nothing...Tried slowing down the print thinking the printer was slightly over-shooting the start of the line, but that doesn't work either.
Any other ideas? Not sure what else to try. Thank you!

It's a known issue in Prusa Slicer. Any parts with holes in it will exhibit the problem. Carefully calibrating the extrusion multiplier and filament diameter can help.

Lines like those will be present on a shape with holes and a rectilinear top layer. Cura has an option called ironing that helps to hide the lines. PrusaSlicer has an option under Print_Settings->Infill->Top_fill_pattern that can be changed from Rectilinear to Hilbert_Curve.
