nylon guide assembly
Hey, any tips beyond the instructions very generic "insert and twist" on how to properly insert the nylon filament? Seems impossible to get it to actually stick/stay inside the extruder. No idea if there's an issue with the tip I cut, if it's not being inserted far enough, not twisting enough??
Thanks in advance.
RE: nylon guide assembly
Anyone have an answer here? I am having the exact same problem.
RE: nylon guide assembly
Also having trouble. Any advice? I don't want to fuck it up my endlessly trying to jam it in.
I managed to find this guy doing it
At 10:40 but I'm still unsure of what he's doing or how it's working. I tried to mimick him exactly but it won't stick in.

@maxoid50
have you tried screwing an m3 screw into the hole?
if so, is it tight?
the print size might be too tight...
It might be an idea to open the hole out a tiny bit...

@joantabb
For me, I ended up asking support and they basically just said push harder. I put my whole body into it (120kgs) and had my wife holding the extruder - but we got it in.
Had I thought of it, I would have done what you suggested and tried to screw it out a bit with a screw or something. It seems like the best solution.
