No power to hotend
Hi everyone, I have a problem, I bought a mmu2s kit but during the update of the extruder I broke the thermistor filament so I bought a new one.
Arrived yesterday from Prusa, it is a mk3s hotend, mounted but the card does not detect it gives me the following error screen
sorry it is not in English but says that the connector is not connected but the problem is that it is connected and I have also checked everything else and it is ok.
Does anyone know what I can do?

Check your wires to see if there is a short.
