My suspicion is that the nozzle temp was too low and possibly the bed temp as well. I'd raise both 10 degrees after print start via settings - temperature and, if necessary do so again after first layer is complete. This was caused by a blob of material not well detaching from the extruder.

The print temp was 215 degrees, which seems like it is kind of on the hotter side already. Odd thing was, I printed the beer bottle opener and that came out fine. I'm unfamiliar with the volcano hotends. Do they run better at higher temps compared to Chinese hotends that use mk10 nozzles?
