I have highlight this problem to the support and yet to hear any response. Now we are out of the USEFUL Power Panic Feature. Putting it back will sometimes works and sometimes not and will cause THERMAL RUNAWAY error as the power in cut to all the heaters.

I am currently going through the same issues as you 2. I did just like Sam and have the same results. Any recommendations?
