mk3s stops printing halfway when using prusa silver pla

hi this has been going on since i first bought my mk3s assembled printer
out of the box i tried a first print of the prusa logo, perfect no errors.
then i tried printing a benchy thats when it stop printing halfway through i opened up the extruder and found that the filament has snapped at the bondtech gear area so i pulled the filament out loaded in again then tried again
this time i tried to print the tree frog
so far so good 30 minutes in all printing ok then suddenly it justs stop extruding again i opened up the idler door and check same thing again the filament was grinding and snapped
this time i consulted prusa support but in the end all i got was to try and change a new filament so i did.
do note i made sure the idler doors we not too tight and only tightened it just nice
this time i used a new roll of filament instead of the one provided by prusa and everything went ok
i printed the benchy the vase and the treefrog but in all these prints there were some issues like ugly layers etc which is in another topic but overall everything prints.
So i thought everything was ok already and tried using the silver pla provided by prusa again
printed the logo no problem but when i tried the buddy file, treefrog and benchy file all failed again either filament grinding issues or just not extruding or snapped filament. i dismantled the whole extruder and changed a new ptfe tube made sure it was inserted properly in, aligned the bondtech gears with the filament and checked the nozzle for clogs and assembled everything back, same problem. Im really at my wits end now spent so much money just to wreck my mind everyday trying to fix an assembled printer someone or anyone help me please.
Attached the latest tests using the filament below, marvin file and buddy file
note the buddy print always failed at around the same area so yea.

Re: mk3s stops printing halfway when using prusa silver pla

I have had rolls of filament that had "hard specks" in it. Where it'd print for a while then jam. I'd do a cold pull and remove the hard speck and start printing again and get another jam.

I later found that filament dust had collected down the PTFE tube in the heatbreak, that after a while would pack down and jam. I removed my nozzle and blew compressed air up through the heat break and saw a fountain of dust come out the top of the extruder. I put the nozzle back in and my "bad" filament starting working again.

i tried that before and even made a filament dust collector to no avail

If you say you added a dust collector to address the issue, then you aren't understanding where the dust that plugs the PTFE comes from. Dust that plugs the PTFE comes from the Bondtech Gears grinding the filament into small chunks, these chunks fall from the gears into the PTFE.

Good luck finding a solution.
