Mk3 + Mk3s Upgrade + MMU assembly
At the end of last year I purchsed a Mk3 kit and ordered the MMU2
Just as the printer arrived the Mk3S upgrade was announced.
Since I already have a Mk2S and not much free time I haven't started construction yet.
I just received notification that the MMU2 is on the way.
My problem is this.
I don't want to:
Assemble Mk3
Partly disassemble Mk3
Assemble Mk3s Upgrade
Partly disassemble Mk3s
Assemble MMU2
Is there instructions that can show me which steps to do in each kit so i'm not doing redundant work?

Yes, You just use the extruder upgrade instructions in the MMU2S assembly manual instead of using the instructions in the printer assembly manual.
Make sure to use the online instruction manuals and read the comments by other users before completing each step.

That will save me part of the duplication.
Any idea about the Mk3S upgrade part?
Is it all in the extruder?

The MK3 to MK3S upgrade that comes with the MMU2S kit just upgrades the extruder and is all you need to do to upgrade your printer to get it to work as a MMU2S.
The MK3S printer kit now ships with updated y-axis parts to make assembly belt tension adjustment easier, and the updated Einsy Rambo case with a door for a Raspberry Pi Zero on the back and cable clamps. Both of these changes are optional. If you have the y-axis already assembled I wouldn't bother with the new parts y-axis.
The new electronics case does make securing the cables easier and I did upgrade it on my printer.
