MK3 blobbing and catching on nozzle head

I have recently got an Mk3+, I am having issues when I try to print anything, the first layer calibration works up to the last bit then it starts catching.i  I have dialled it into -0.710, there is no gap between the filament as it comes out and the bed. but when I try to print something I am getting blobs and then it sticks to the nozzle head and well just wrecks it. I am using a 0.40 size nozzle. The filament does curl when it first comes out of the nozzle. I am using PLA so have the nozzle set to 215 and the bed is set to 60. I have upgraded the firmware to the latest version.

I was able to do one successful print but have been having these issues since.

I have done a cold pull on the nozzle several times and it is coming out clean, I have done the Superpinder setup as per the guide and that is working correctly.

This is starting to drive me mad as I don't know what else to try to resolve it.

Please run the built-in first layer calibration routine and show us the result *on the print sheet*.

RE: MK3 blobbing and catching on nozzle head

I have just checked as set it off to try and print another one and I am now noticing black all down the side.in the picture you can just about see it in front of the shadow of the pinda, does that mean the housing is loose or the nozzle needs tightening?
