Mesh Bed Leveling - one corner has a huge offset
Greetings,
I am still stuck at the Mesh Bed Leveling and so far I could not even get it right via the Bed Level Correction, so I tried to visualize the offsets on a heatmap, and it turns out that its exactly one corner of the sheet/bed that has a huge offset (See attached image).
What could be the cause of this? Is this surely a warped bed or can it be something different?
Best Regards

It could be possible that the aluminum support plate (frog) is slightly bent. I would check this with a steel ruler and carefully correct it if necessary. Alternatively, you can adjust with a thin spacer (0.3mm).

You could try this:
Heat up bed to 60 .
Loosen the screws from bed, only loosen, then hit with you hand on the bed, give it a few so it can set, then tighten bed again, do not tighten to hard the screws get damaged.

@peter-m
Agreed, many of the warped beds we see on here are due to unevenly tightened or over tightened bed fittings.
@mydayyy
If yours is a new build you might not need to be as vigorous as @peter-m suggests, either way look at the build manual and follow the tightening instructions there.
Cheerio,

There is also the option of the nyloc bed levelling mod if you want to do it.
This is very easy to implement and brings most beds to within .02mm variance if performed correctly.

Only costs a few pounds to do.

Thanks guys. I do think all the screws are tightened evenly, I even already did the tighten while heated trick. The nyloc mod looks very interesting tho, I think I need to try that out as I dont have any idea where the huge offset could be originating from.
Thanks!

Hmm. Didn't read what folks wrote? Didn't like what they wrote? Get yourself a scale (aka a straight edge metal ruler) and check the bed for flatness using the edge of the scale. If it is bent, unscrew it and check it again. That will tell you if you really did the tightening well or not. For example, tightening them in clockwise order can warp the bed. A bent frog will also warp the bed.
Fix it.

Greetings Dan,
I did read what folks wrote. I did like what folks wrote. My aluminum support plate is bent (which probably now also means that my bed is bent) so I don't know how else to fix it without the nyloc m od (apart from getting new bed/frog)

@mydayyy
So loosen the plate and check again. If it's still bent when loose contact Prusa support (with photos) and they will arrange a replacement. If it's flat (or when you get a flat replacement) follow the tightening instructions carefully and do not overtighten.
