Just received the prebuilt i3 mk3s, filament does not extrude and the extrude is making clicking noises.

When I look at the gears that feed the filament in, I can see them clicking.

That's a pretty terse description of a complex problem, so you're going to have to put a bit more effort into your question if a lucky guess doesn't nail it...

1. Have you been printing? If so, check for clogs. Do a cold pull.
2. If you haven't been printing, are you sure the extruder screws are tight enough to grip the filament. Trim the filament and re-insert, then try adjusting the screws so the heads protrude approx. 1mm from the cover and it should have sufficient tension to pull the filament in.

My guess is you have not trimmed the leading point of the filament to a sharp mitre and are trying to load a blunt point, blob or kink
