Search here for information about live Z adjustment.  Each brand and color can require a different live-z height.  Your manual will tell you where live Z lives in the settings menu - it is only available during a print after the wipe.

From the pictures, your Z is too high.

Try a larger test coupon - something like the Prusa logo sample.  It'll provide more time to fine tune the layer as it is printing. The thread Dan gave is also useful - you can probably skip to page 40 and read what Joan has to say.

It also looks like you are dropping a lot of fingerprints on the print sheet. This is a really bad idea and a habit you need to break. Oils will cause exactly what you are seeing, too. Soap and hot water at a sink is the best way to remove fingerprints. No alcohol needed. Just a few drops of detergent on a fresh paper towel, always handling the sheet by the edges, scrub a while with hot water - rinse in the hottest water you have until water beads off the sheet. Dry with another paper towel (should only be drops here and there - most beads and sheets off). Place on printer and start printing.
