Leaving the filament in the box for 12 hours on program "2" for filament does dries the filament for me. program "4" dries nylon. program "3" dries PETG. my personal experience only...

The filament does feel different from all the other PLA I have.
I'll try to do another print at 230 over the weekend.
I did manage to break it inside only when it was stucked inside the extruder, otherwise doesn't break that easily.
Also, I keep all the filament in a DIY drying box, where humidity is 10%.
