Inconsistent first layer in some places

Hi Guys

Can you please let me know why this would happen?

I created a video here to show you what happens: youtu.be/Oh-vuN0RVBs - but basically looks like the print is smooth in some places and has print lines in others - where you can "catch" your finger nail in them when dragging. I re-calibrated and leveled everything and made adjustments. It is no such a big deal - but I assume there is away to get consistent prints on the first layer.

Thanks for looking.

Thanks

RE: Inconsistent first layer in some places

Do the Live Z adjustment (called Life Z in this forum, just print the square, follow the instructions, get the square smooth).

Increase your mesh bed level from the default 9 points (3x3) to 7x7. Read this help article for details and reasons why: https://help.prusa3d.com/en/article/mesh-bed-leveling_112163

See if that helps. If you still have a problem more advanced troubleshooting is needed - is this a new install by chance?
