Inconsistent first layer
Hello.
As you can see in the image i have some gaps in my first layer. This happens at the same exact spots every time. It is near the center on the left side. At the start(right side) it is perfectly fine but then as you can see the problem occurs. It is not the filament as I have tried with a lot. Also I changed the PTFE tube and I still have the same problem and it was clean as well. I changed the nozzle and the same thing happens. The screw of the extruder gear is at the correct position and the filament path is correct.
Can anybody help me with this.

It looks as if your Z level is slightly high. There are gaps on the right as well, just not as pronounced.
Try adjusting your Z height down (more negative) and see if you can get a more even layer. Using the square you printed is a good model to adjust your Z.
If you’re not already using 7 X 7 mesh bed leveling, try changing to that in the LCD menu.
Cheers

I agree with @randym9,lower your first layer Z a fraction.
Repeatable spots of poor adhesion are frequently caused by fingerprints. A throurough print-sheet clean might be enough.
Cheerio,

I lowered my Z and it seems it is fine now. I was just very curious because it wasn't on the whole layer. Thank you very much guys.

Glad you got it sorted.
As @diem said, make sure your print sheet is really clean with no fingerprints or other oily residue.
IPA alone is not enough to insure a clean print surface. Lots of threads here with advice on sheet cleaning.
