Front Print Fan fails selftest but is spinning

I just finished assembly of my I3 MK3S and powered it up for the first time to run the self test.  Both fans spin up during the test but the Front fan fails the test and I don't know why.  I used a mutimeter te check continuity between the solder points on the fan and the pins on the connector to see if any wires got pinched and everything seems ok.  Triple checked that it's plugged into the correct spot on the board.

Any suggestions?

I have the same problem.

Manual fan control works.

Spins front fan very effortlesly.

= selftest error. Check wiring. Checked, there is continuity.

RE: Front Print Fan fails selftest but is spinning

Same thing started to happen on my MK3S+ when I replaced the (ailing and noisy ) stock Prusa print-fan with a Fysetc unit. In my case, it seems that the printer can't detect the rpm signal from this brand ( I purchased a couple of Fysetcs and both have the same issue). The fan is spinning perfectly but, no way. my MK3S+ kept telling me that the selftest failed. In the end, I opened the Einsy box, removed the troublesome fan plug from the socket and I inserted temporarily a spare fan on the socket. That one was detected correctly by the printer (it wasn't a Prusa either), so the error message disappeared and then I reinstalled the Fysetc. Now everything is fine. Of course  in case of  recalibrating the printer again, I'd have to repeat the same procedure. That or replace the Fysetc with a compatible brand, but I avoid as much as possible to replace anything in the extruder, because of the tiresome process of disassembling and reassembling everything,

It's an odd problem because, in my experience, Fysetc products are usually good and they sell this fan as a direct replacement for the Prusa.

I have the same issue with an original fan.... FAN spinning, resoldered the wirers, checked all wires with a Multimeter, check OK on all wires.... Still have the error "Front fan error, check wiring"

Have anybody found a solution?
