First prints on MK3 kit, bad first layer and lines on top of print
First time in the forum.
I set up my mk3 last night. My prints are consistently showing the issues in these photos: https://imgur.com/gallery/ZozLVXi
First layer: weird bumps and stuff
Last layer: visible lines that feel like a bump.
I sliced in Slic3r PE, .28mm layer height, .32mm first layer. My profile was just a copy of the included .20mm profile with the layer heights changed.

Was this with the .4mm nozzle? I've always heard a max layer height of 50% of nozzle diam (if you want it to look good) or a max of 80% of nozzle diam (if you want it to work at all - i.e. keep enough nozzle pressure). As you get higher and higher about the 50% rule of thumb it becomes less possible to keep consistent extrusion. Your first layer height is right at 80%.

It seems to be an adhesion problem to me. Did you clean the surface of the steel sheet? If not, try to clean it with dish soap to remove grease and oil from the PEI.

Update: I changed the file to the default .20mm "fast" preset. These are the first two layers...

Update 2: this video: https://photos.app.goo.gl/SnMwmgw8yzm7Te6K7
So, the things that concern me are the sounds made, and the little wobble most noticeable at 23-24.

Your Z level is too high. Try to lower the nozzle 10 steps / units.
Your first layer should be tight without slots.
