first printing
good evening, after completing all the calibration procedure I'm trying to print: - print from sd, choose the file to print (but the problem arises with all of them), and the printer after the heating starts with the calibration of the 9 points that it is successful, immediately after it asks me to extract the filament then to put it back and at this point it starts again from the calibration 9 points z remove and put the thread to infinity. does anyone have any idea how I can solve it? thank you in advance

RE: first printing

New prebuilt of is this a kit?

In any case, turn off the filament sensor.  It is junk and requires a lot of effort to make it work reliably.  And if the mechanics are fixed, you are still left with the firmware related filament sensor bugs.

Always keeping in mind some of are quite happy with the filament sensor (after tweaking).

Just turn it off for now until you decide what you want to do.

It's why I added the "opinion" text to my signature ... lol.  I'm quite happy with my MK3 optical filament sensor -- I prefer it to the design of the IR based MK3S sensor... but I still keep my sensor turned off to eliminate the firmware issues unrelated to the hardware differences. The IRQ handler in the filament sensor firmware is atrocious.
