First print SD card whistle

After assembling the MK3S+ and running some calibration tests, we printed the whistle a couple of times after getting a Z offset that we thought looked correct.  First layer stuck to the bed just fine.  Attached are pictures of the resulting print.  We printed using Prusament 1.75mm PLA, supplied 0.4mm nozzle from the supplied SD card thus making no changes to the gcode file.  Any suggestions for correction?  Any known issues with this file on this machine?

HI!

you need to check the belts (X-Y) and the pulley on the motors. Probably something is loose and you get all those layer shifts.

You were correct @antionio, it was the Y motor pulley (totally loose).
