First layer tests prints stick ok, though actual prints first layers do not stick at all?
Not your typical first layer issue.
I could really use some new thoughts / feedback from of you out there. My MK3S started acting up all of a sudden. Using Prusament silver PLA (plus 3 other brands) on smooth Prusa PEI sheet(s). First level is bang on. Calibrated tests all ok. For the First level tests (when I say tests I mean tests not just one type of test the actual Prusa test, a live z 100/100 test etc. Nozzle was cleaned out. hotend removed and tube checked all parts inspected and good. All tests come out wonderful and tests all stick. If I slice a model (with Prusa slicer or Simplify3d (which has been working for years)) the first layer will not stick. Bed has been cleaned with non scented dish soap. rinsed, dried more than once. smooth PEI sheet only handled with white gloves. Also printer was reset (latest firmware). Prusa slicer was reset using factory settings. Ambient temperature the same. Thanks

prints work fine on my Black Widow (no blt touch) with the same test prints with same results and all prints stick perfectly (glass bed). Same filaments and temps
