First layer erratic.
Attached are two pictures of PETG on the textured sheet. The on on the right was last night, the one on the left was this morning. Same settings. Nozzle 230, bed 85, live adjust z -0.990. The print on the right, when it was printing the 1st square went off line on the right top of the picture. I let it print. It looks good to me mostly. I put the filament away and left things until morning. Then I printed it again with the same settings as before. You see the result on the left.

Clean bed with dish soap, 2 times with hot water.
The adjust first layer calibration,
Do a 7x7 mesh calibration, is a setting on the printer.
