first layer doesn't stick and flow seems not regular

Hi dear community,

I have access to a printer at work.

I'm a really noob trying to learn the best as I can...

I drawned some parts with fusion360 and I'm no able to start right the printing.

As you can see on picture, the first layer is a mess and the first line of extrusion seems to not be regular.

Please, could you help me to solve this issue?

To produce the gcode I used PrusaSlice, I set Prusa PETG 0.15, I customized only stuff related to supports/interface . ..

This almost looks like you are too close to the bed and you are smearing the filament.  Try backing the Z-Axis off maybe .1 or .2 and try again?  Just a thought.

@osmosis

I concur - too close to bed - raise you Z about 20-30.  0.020-0.030

I use the following file from thingiverse to bring in the first layer adjustments: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2899815. When this starts to print it throws down runs around the bed which help to get the filament squished to just flat after being round, too close and too flat. So with the live-z adjusting by the time the pads are getting laid down by the exruder, one if fine tuning the height.

Make certain the bed is clean before doing the calibration so that you're parting a surface that won't pop the filament off. Use the 7 point leveling as opposed to the default three.

Stay safe and healthy, Phil
