First layer calibration - load does not stop, crunching and blob
I must have broken something because I have been using the printer for many many hours already.
Anyway, after a failed print and cleaning out the nozzle, I did a complete wizard - all checks out until the first layer calibration. The filament is loading and loading and loading, crunching the gears and in the end making a blob squishing out of the nozzle. I have of course to pull the emergency breaks. Unfortunately this keeps on happening consistently. Its like the filament keeps on pushing and the of course the nozzle cannot run so much filament through, the gears keep on turning, horrible crunching sounds, world ending.
- Cleaned and checked filament sensor. all good and selftest has no complains
- Reran the boyden lenght calibration mmu to extruder - was a bit off but now fine - problem persists.
- Load to nozzle works fine - but not what I want of course
- The filament sensor on the extruder could work, at least you see the little triggerarm move, when the filament hits the gears in the extruder.
Any ideas?

And I found the answer by myself - the sensor in the extruder did not trigger. After going through some posts here, I nudged it a bit more to the right and that did the trick. The sensor fired when the filament entered. That thing is truly finicky.
But things are printing again as they should.
